I started Compass Rose Concierge in 2014 so I could have flexibility for my daughter. What I didn’t expect was how deeply I would connect with the people I serve.
This work isn’t just about organizing a closet or clearing a house. It’s about people. It’s about stories. It’s about walking into someone’s life during a stressful, emotional, sometimes overwhelming season — and helping them feel like they’re not alone.

Meet Maddy!
Ali’s mom and biggest support! Maddy plays an integral part of prepping for estate sales, organizing, pricing and sale day flow! Working together as a mother/daughter team brings a unique connection and comforting environment for clients. Both Ali & Maddy feel so fortunate and grateful for this opportunity to work alongside one another! Maddy currently resides in Epping with Ali’s dad Wayne and their spoiled scotty dog named Fred!
Meet Kallie!
Ali’s daughter and Estate Sale day helper! You will usually see Kallie on the day of a sale, helping to make sure things run smoothly! Kallie interacts with attendees and plays a very important role in sale day success! Kallie will be a senior at Newmarket HS next fall! Ali could not be happier to have 3 generations working together at CRC!
