We handle the process from start to finish so you don’t have to carry it all yourself.We sort and organize items, price everything and set up the home so it’s easy and safe for people to walk through and shop. On the day of the sale, we manage everything so it runs smoothly and respectfully.
Life transitions can present a time where you no longer need everything you have accumulated over the years. Many folks have a quantity & quality of items best suited to sell in an estate sale held in their home. Second hand items are a very eco-friendly and budget friendly choice with many folks that attend our sales!
We have the knowledge, experience and resources to make decisions on what we believe will sell and appropriate pricing. The value of each item is taken very seriously and it is our priority. We have established a relationship with a local auctioneer of 30+ years whom can be called upon when needed.
Afterwards, we don’t just walk away and leave you to clean up the remaining items. We will work with you, your realtor if applicable and your timeline for what comes next.
Our goal is to make the process feel manageable, supported and as stress-free as possible during what can be a really emotional time.
